Last updated: May 21, 206. This policy is provided by Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology (“Eyology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of eyology.net.

These Terms apply to all websites, programs, products, and services operated by Eyology, including the eyology.net website; the Great Liquid Diet (GLD) at greatliquiddiet.com; the Health Reset Community and all of its communities and groups; the Inner Circle paid membership and any future paid tiers; all courses, training, certifications, consultations, and the practitioner directory; and all email, text message, and chatbot communications. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in USA CURRENCY and may change at any time before purchase.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including any installment plans you select.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping, and duties.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Digital Products and Course Access

Digital products and course materials are licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use them for your own learning.
You may not copy, resell, share, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute them.
Course enrollment and certification are further governed by our Course & Certification Terms..

4. Physical Products

Apparel, printed materials, and other physical goods are subject to availability. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on eyology.net — text, course materials, images, logos, and the “Eyology” name and marks — is owned by Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content except as expressly permitted.

6. User Content and Community

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, community posts, submissions). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote our services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. Community participation is also governed by our Community Guidelines.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violating law, infringing others' rights, or posting harmful, harassing, or misleading content.
Sharing course logins or materials, scraping the site, or attempting to disrupt or breach security.
Using our content or training to present yourself as a licensed medical provider, or to diagnose or treat disease.

8. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Links

Our site links to third-party sites and includes affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services. See our Disclaimers for our affiliate disclosure.

9. Health Disclaimer

Iridology and sclerology, great liquid diet, our courses, content, and consultations are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. See our full Disclaimers — including the Informational Purpose, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims section — which are incorporated into these Terms.

Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 The Great Liquid Diet (GLD)

The Great Liquid Diet is a free 30-day educational program. You enroll by submitting the GLD signup form and selecting a start date.
The program begins on the date you select and consists of 30 days of educational content delivered by email, text message, or both, according to the communication preference you chose at signup.
Text-message delivery is available only to subscribers with a US mobile phone number. Non-US subscribers receive their content by email.
The program is entirely voluntary. You may pause or stop at any time, for any reason, by unsubscribing or by contacting us. We do not back-send or recover missed days; if you fall behind, you may begin a new round with a new start date.
The GLD is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical or nutritional advice. See our Disclaimers, including the "Great Liquid Diet (GLD) — Specific Health Notice" section, before beginning.

10.2 The Inner Circle Membership

The Inner Circle is the paid membership inside the Health Reset Community. Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price published on the membership signup page at the time of purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the subscription's recurring billing date until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date and will not be charged again.
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellations made part-way through a billing period unless required by applicable law. Refund eligibility for the first billing period is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Bonus offers (such as a complimentary Eyology Analysis offered to founding members) are subject to the terms published at the time the offer is made. Bonuses may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion, except as already promised to subscribers who have already redeemed them.
Membership content, programs, and benefits are under active development. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not make material adverse changes without reasonable notice to existing members.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{custom_values.legal_entity_name}} and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief. We will respond to valid notices, including under the DMCA where applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dispute resolution will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, DE OR specified binding arbitration and any class-action waiver provided.

15. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time; the updated version takes effect when posted. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
