Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: May 21, 206. This policy is provided by Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology (“Eyology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of eyology.net.

We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds and returns are available. It applies alongside your statutory rights, which it does not limit.

This policy applies to all paid products and services across Eyology, including eyology.net courses and consultations, the Inner Circle membership inside the GLD, Health Reset Community, and any other paid offerings. The Great Liquid Diet (GLD) 30-day program itself is currently offered free of charge; no payment is collected and no refund is therefore needed for GLD enrollment.

1. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital course materials and downloadable products are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, because they cannot be returned. If a digital product is defective, will not download, or is not as described, contact us within [14] days and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

2. Online Courses and Training Programs

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.

  • After 7 days, or after completing 20% or more of the course, fees are non-refundable.

  • Certification program fees, exam fees, and renewal fees are non-refundable once the program begins or refundable per the schedule above — see Course & Certification Terms.

  • If you bought an installment plan, cancelling does not waive amounts already due unless a refund is approved.

3. Physical Products (Apparel, Printed Materials, Merchandise)

  • You may return most physical items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Defective or damaged items, or items shipped in error, will be replaced or refunded at no cost — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.

4. Consultations and Appointments

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may be charged up to the full fee or a 50% fee. Consultations are subject to our Disclaimers.

5. Inner Circle Membership (Recurring Subscription)

  • Inner Circle membership is sold as a recurring subscription. Each billing period is paid in advance.

  • You may request a full refund of your first billing period within [14] days of the initial purchase if you have not yet accessed substantial member content. After [14] days, or after substantial access, the first period is non-refundable.

  • Subsequent billing periods (after the first) are non-refundable. To stop being billed, cancel before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you retain access until that date.

  • If you cancel during a billing period for which you have already paid, we do not provide pro-rata refunds unless required by applicable law.

  • Founding-member bonus offers (such as a complimentary Eyology Analysis) are non-transferable and have no cash value. If you cancel your subscription before redeeming the bonus, the bonus is forfeited.

6. Great Liquid Diet (GLD)

The Great Liquid Diet 30-day program is currently offered free of charge. No payment is collected, so no refund is required. To stop receiving GLD content at any time, unsubscribe from the link in any GLD email, or reply STOP to any GLD text message.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and the reason. For physical returns, wait for return instructions before shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item; your bank may take additional time to post it.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
