SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

These SMS terms apply to all text-messaging programs operated by Eyology, including the Great Liquid Diet (GLD) daily messaging program, the Health Reset Community and Inner Circle membership notifications, course and appointment reminders, account and order updates, and any other text messages we send.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, we may send text messages such as appointment and course reminders, program content (including daily messages for enrolled programs), account and order updates, customer-service replies, and — where you have consented — promotional messages.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing on our sign-up forms, during checkout, by texting a keyword to us, or by giving consent verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies for enrolled programs. You can opt out at any time.

Message frequency varies by program:

Great Liquid Diet (GLD): if you opt in, you will receive one text message per day for the 30 days of the program, beginning on your chosen start date.
Pre-program nurture: if you sign up for GLD but have not yet selected a start date, you may receive up to seven nurture messages over approximately three weeks.
Inner Circle & Health Reset Community: occasional notifications, no more than a few per week on average.
Transactional messages (appointment reminders, account or order updates): sent as needed.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opting Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

6. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. The program is available where our messaging provider supports it.

8. United States Mobile Numbers Only

Our text-messaging programs are currently delivered only to subscribers with a United States mobile phone number. If you signed up for a program that includes SMS but your mobile number is outside the US, we will deliver the content by email instead. We may expand SMS to other countries in the future; this section will be updated when we do.

9. Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
