This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, programs, products, and services operated by Eyology, including:

eyology.net — the Eyology website, courses, training, certifications, consultations, and practitioner directory;
greatliquiddiet.com — the Great Liquid Diet (GLD) program, its signup forms, daily emails, text messages, and dashboard;
The Health Reset Community and all of its communities, channels, and groups;
The Inner Circle paid membership and any future paid tiers or programs;
All email, text message, and chatbot communications we send to subscribers, members, students, and clients.

1. Who We Are

Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology operates eyology.net, offering training and courses in iridology and sclerology, related digital and physical products, and a limited number of client consultations. 2. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

Identity and contact details: name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
Account and enrollment data: username, password, courses purchased, progress, and certification records.
Payment information: billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
Consultation intake information you choose to provide, and any photographs you submit.
Content you post in our community, surveys, reviews, or support messages.

Information collected automatically
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links.
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

Information from third parties
Our payment processors, email/SMS providers, course platform (GoKollab), and analytics or advertising partners may share limited data with us.
Program preferences specific to the Great Liquid Diet, including your chosen start date, your communication preference (email only, SMS only, or both), your current day number within the 30-day program, and any progress notes you choose to record.
Photographs you submit for iris or sclera analysis through Eyology, the Eyologist System, or any related consultation form.
Health and wellness information you voluntarily share through intake forms, surveys, or community posts. Please do not share information you consider sensitive unless you intend it to be processed and stored under this Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information you give us:

To provide, operate, and improve our courses, products, community, and consultations.
To process orders, payments, refunds, and certifications.
To send transactional messages (order confirmations, course updates, appointment reminders).
To send marketing emails and text messages where you have consented (you can opt out at any time).
To provide customer support, including via automated chat tools (see Section 8).
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
To deliver the Great Liquid Diet 30-day program based on your chosen start date and communication preference, and to send the daily content via the channel(s) you selected.
To track your progress through the program and provide post-program follow-up, including invitations to the Inner Circle membership.
To deliver iris and sclera analysis where you have submitted photographs and requested an analysis.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

GLD text messaging is currently offered only to subscribers with a United States mobile phone number. If your communication preference includes SMS but your phone number is outside the US, we will deliver your GLD content by email instead.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your phone number and your consent record. We use it to send the categories of messages described in our SMS / Text Messaging Terms. 5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our SMS provider (such as Twilio), our course/community platform (GoKollab), payment processors, email providers, and hosting and analytics vendors — each bound to protect your information.
Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
With your direction — for example when you ask to be referred to a certified practitioner.

6. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Links

Our site contains links to third-party websites and affiliate links (including to Amazon and other vendors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information. See our Disclaimers for our affiliate disclosure.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and — where permitted — support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we request consent for non-essential cookies through a banner.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We use AI-assisted tools to help with customer communications, including automated chat and message drafting. Information you provide in those interactions may be processed by these tools to generate responses. AI responses may be inaccurate and are not professional, medical, or legal advice; a human is available on request. 9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain certification and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations — then delete or anonymize it.- Financial records 7 years.]

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We process personal data on the legal bases of consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and legal compliance.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. We honor these where they apply.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
