Please read these disclaimers carefully. They are incorporated into our Terms of Service.

These Disclaimers apply to all programs, content, products, and services offered by Eyology, including but not limited to:

  • The Eyology website, courses, training materials, certifications, consultations, and practitioner directory at eyology.net;

  • The Health Reset Community and any communities, channels, groups, live events, or membership tiers operating within it;

  • The Great Liquid Diet (GLD) program and any related guides, daily emails, text messages, recipes, videos, and community spaces at greatliquiddiet.com or accessed through Eyology;

  • The Inner Circle paid membership and any future paid tiers, courses, or programs offered inside the Health Reset Community.

References to "our services," "our content," or "our programs" in this document include all of the above. Where a specific clause applies only to one program (for example, refund terms specific to a paid membership), that program is named in the clause.

1. Health and Medical Disclaimer

  • Iridology and sclerology, and all related courses, content, consultations, and materials, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a cure for any condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

  • Using our site, courses, or consultations does not create a doctor-patient or licensed practitioner-patient relationship.

  • Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or were told through our services.

They are not medical or nutritional advice for your specific situation, and they do not replace care from a qualified licensed healthcare provider.

  • No daily email, text message, recipe, video, community post, AI chatbot response, or interaction with any Eyology team member or practitioner constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.1 Great Liquid Diet (GLD) Specific Health Notice

The Great Liquid Diet is a 30-day educational program in which participants choose to consume only liquids (water, juices, smoothies, broths, and similar) for 30 consecutive days. It is offered for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, prescription, or treatment.

A liquid-only program is not appropriate for everyone. By participating in GLD you confirm that you have considered, and where appropriate discussed with a qualified healthcare provider, the following:

  • You should NOT begin a GLD without first consulting your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, over 65, underweight, diabetic (Type 1 or Type 2), have a history of an eating disorder, take any prescription medication that requires food, have kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, low blood pressure, or any other significant medical condition.

  • Common transition effects ” including headache, fatigue, irritability, changes in sleep, changes in bowel function, mild dizziness, and cravings — are typical during the first three to seven days as your body adjusts. They are not medical emergencies, and the program materials describe them in more detail. If symptoms are severe, prolonged, or concerning, stop the program and contact a qualified healthcare provider.

  • The program is entirely voluntary. You may pause or stop at any time, for any reason, with no obligation. We do not back-send or "catch up" missed days; if you fall behind, you may begin again with a new start date.

  • Information shared during GLD — including daily emails, text messages, recipes, and community discussion — is for general education only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice for your specific situation.

  • Results vary widely from person to person. We make no claim, promise, or guarantee that you will lose weight, gain energy, resolve any symptom, or achieve any specific health outcome.

Your acknowledgment

By beginning or continuing the Great Liquid Diet, you confirm that you have read and understood this section, that you have considered whether GLD is appropriate for you in light of your own health circumstances, that you have consulted a qualified healthcare provider where appropriate, and that you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the program.

2. Informational Purpose, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims

All courses, content, materials, consultations, observations, and analysis offered through Eyology — including everything on eyology.net and through our community and training — are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes.

Our teaching and analysis draw on the clinical experience and instructional materials of Dr. Leonard Mehlmauer, ND (ret.), together with the ongoing study, research, training, and observations of  Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology  and its instructors. This is an evolving and growing body of knowledge. Our observations and analysis are interpretive and informational — based on experience, knowledge, skill, training, and shared information — and are not definitive findings, medical diagnosis, or assurances of any result or outcome.

  • By accessing our content or using our courses, community, consultations, or services, you do so of your own free will and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using information that is educational and interpretive in nature.

  • You are solely responsible for how you choose to use, interpret, or act on any information, observation, or analysis we share. You should make your own decisions and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you — whether you are a client, student, trainer, instructor, certified practitioner, community member, or any other user — release and discharge Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors, and Dr. Leonard Mehlmauer, ND (ret.), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, and agree not to bring any claim against them, for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or dissatisfaction arising out of or relating to the educational and informational content, observations, analysis, or services we provide.

  • This release does not apply where it is prohibited by law, and it does not waive any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology may operate a practitioner directory and may, as a convenience, refer or connect clients with individuals who have completed Eyology training (“certified practitioners” or “students”). Please read and understand the following before requesting, accepting, or acting on a referral, or before using a practitioner found through us.

  • Certified practitioners and students are independent. They are NOT employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology, and they do not act on our behalf.

  • We do not provide, supervise, direct, monitor, or control the consultations, observations, analysis, advice, or any other service a practitioner offers.

  • A referral or directory listing is NOT a recommendation, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any practitioner, their qualifications, their availability, or the quality, accuracy, or outcome of their services.

  • Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology is NOT responsible or liable for any act, omission, observation, analysis, advice, service, or result of any practitioner or student, and is NOT a party to any agreement or relationship between a practitioner and a client.

  • Iridology and sclerology services — whether provided by us, by a certified practitioner, or by a student — are offered for educational and informational purposes only.
