Course & Certification Terms

Last updated: May 21, 206. This policy is provided by Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology (“Eyology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of eyology.net.

These terms apply to anyone who enrolls in an Eyology course or certification program. They supplement our Terms of Service.

Scope of These Terms

These Course & Certification Terms apply to Eyology's iridology and sclerology training, certification, and continuing education programs only. They do not apply to the Great Liquid Diet (GLD) program, which is an educational liquid program and is not a certification or training course. Refer to the Terms of Service for terms specific to GLD and to the Inner Circle membership.

1. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed when payment (or the first installment) is received. If you choose an installment plan, you authorize each scheduled charge, and you remain responsible for the full balance. Non-payment may pause or end your access.

2. Access and Duration

Unless stated otherwise, course access is granted for the duration stated on the course page. We may host courses on third-party platforms, including GoKollab, whose terms also apply.

3. Course Materials — License and Restrictions

  • Course materials are licensed to you for your own personal, educational use only.

  • You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly allowed), resell, share, publicly post, or distribute course materials, or share your login.

  • All course content and the “Eyology” name and marks remain the property of Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology or its licensors.

4. Certification

  • Certification is awarded only on meeting the stated requirements, which may include coursework, practical work, and examinations.

  • Certifications may require periodic renewal and continuing education to remain valid.

Important — what certification is not

An Eyology certification is a private, program-specific credential. It is not a government license, a medical license, or a license to practice medicine, and it does not authorize the holder to diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Certified individuals must comply with all laws that apply to them in their location.

5. Use of the Eyology Name by Certified Practitioners

Certified practitioners receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to describe themselves as Eyology-certified, used only in accordance with our brand, ethical, and conduct guidelines. Misuse of the name or marks, or conduct that harms the program's reputation, may result in revocation.

6. Practitioner Directory and Client Referrals

We may list certified practitioners in a directory and may, as a convenience, refer or connect interested clients (“pass-through clients”) with them. By being listed, or by accepting or acting on a referral, each certified practitioner and student agrees to the following and acknowledges that these terms exist to protect Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology from any liability for independent practitioner services.

  • You are an independent practitioner. You are NOT an employee, partner, agent, joint venturer, or representative of Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology, you do not act on our behalf, and you may not represent otherwise. You control your own schedule, methods, pricing, and services.

  • A directory listing or referral is a convenience only. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. We do not guarantee any volume of referrals, clients, bookings, or income.

  • We do not provide, supervise, direct, monitor, or control your consultations, observations, analysis, advice, or any other service you offer. You are solely responsible for them, and for your conduct, qualifications, any licensing required where you operate, recordkeeping, and compliance with all applicable laws.

  • You must carry and maintain your own appropriate insurance (such as professional liability and general liability coverage) and provide proof to us on request.

  • You must present iridology and sclerology only as educational and informational, must not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure disease, and must follow our Disclaimers and code of conduct in all client work.

  • Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology is NOT a party to, and is NOT responsible or liable for, any service, observation, analysis, advice, or result you provide to a client, or any act, omission, or dispute between you and a client.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology and its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your services, analysis, conduct, or any referral you receive or accept.

Practitioner acknowledgment

By accepting a directory listing or a client referral, you confirm that you have read and agree to this section, that you act solely as an independent practitioner, and that Aydas Coaching & Trainings LLC DBA Eyology bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the services, observations, analysis, advice, or results you provide to any client.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and certified practitioners agree to act ethically and lawfully, to represent iridology and sclerology accurately and within the educational scope described in our Disclaimers, and not to claim to diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Breaches may result in suspension or revocation of access or certification.

8. Refunds

Course and certification refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
