We use artificial-intelligence (AI) tools to help us communicate with you efficiently. This notice explains how.

Scope of This Notice

This notice applies to all AI-assisted or automated communication tools we use across Eyology and its programs, including the Great Liquid Diet, the Health Reset Community, the Inner Circle, and any chatbots or automated assistants such as "Lenny" (GLD), "Iris" (Eyology), the Course Bot, and the Community Bot. A human team member is available on request for any AI-assisted interaction.

1. Where We Use AI

We may use ai in the following

  • Automated chat assistants on our site and in messaging.

  • Drafting and personalizing emails and text messages.

  • Helping our team respond to support questions faster.

  • Voice AI for answering calls

2. AI Responses Are Not Professional Advice

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Our Disclaimers apply to all AI-assisted communications.

3. You Can Reach a Human

If you would prefer to speak with a person, ask in the chat or contact [email protected]. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

4. Your Data

Information you share in AI-assisted interactions is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not share sensitive health details or other confidential information in automated chat unless asked and necessary.
